We ship all orders with DHL and UPS. Both partners provide fast and reliable delivery within the listed countries and regions.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
European Union, Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, and the United Kingdom.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected carrier and destination:
• European Union (including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.): €5.90 – €14.90
• Outside the EU (Australia, Japan, Canada, USA, etc.): approx. €24.90
Free shipping on all orders over €150 (worldwide).
4. Delivery Times
• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Other European countries (e.g., Austria, Switzerland, Norway): 2–5 business days
• International destinations (e.g., USA, Japan, Australia, etc.): 5–14 business days
Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs procedures.
5. Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel at any time.
